Candidate Terms & Privacy Notice

These Candidate Terms govern the relationship between Rocket Media Technologies Private Limited, operating as AI Wonderland ("we", "us"), and individuals who apply to job positions through our recruitment services ("Candidate", "you").

1. Our Recruitment Service

AI Wonderland operates a recruitment service that connects AI-fluent professionals with hiring companies. We recruit for full-time and fractional positions across engineering, marketing, operations, product, design, and leadership roles.

We act as an intermediary between candidates and hiring companies. We are not the employer for the roles we recruit for.

2. No Fee to Candidates

Our recruitment services are completely free for candidates. We never charge job seekers any fee for applying, interviewing, or being placed. Our fees are paid entirely by the hiring company.

If anyone claiming to represent AI Wonderland asks you for payment, please report it immediately to talent@aiwonderland.co.

3. Data We Collect

When you apply through our recruitment service, we collect:

• Personal information: Name, email address, phone number.
• Professional information: Resume/CV, work experience, education, skills, certifications.
• Application-specific data: Screening responses, notice period, salary expectations, availability.
• Assessment data: Interview notes, evaluation results, technical assessment scores.
• Media submissions: Video or audio introductions, if submitted as part of the application process.

4. How We Use Your Data

• Role matching: To evaluate your suitability for specific positions and match you with relevant opportunities.
• Communication: To contact you about application status, interview scheduling, and new opportunities.
• Screening: To conduct initial screening and assessment of your qualifications.
• Improvement: To improve our recruitment process and candidate experience (using aggregated, anonymized data only).

5. Consent for Data Sharing

Your profile, resume, and assessment information will only be shared with a hiring company after we obtain your explicit consent for each specific opportunity.

• Before sharing your information with any company, we will tell you the company name, role details, and compensation range.
• You have the right to decline sharing your information with any specific company.
• Declining to share your information for one opportunity does not affect your eligibility for other opportunities.

6. AI in Screening

We may use AI tools to assist with initial resume analysis and skill matching. Important safeguards:

• AI is used only as an assistance tool. It does not make final screening decisions.
• All AI-assisted assessments are reviewed by a human recruiter before any action is taken.
• You have the right to request that your application be reviewed by a human without any AI assistance.

7. Data Retention

• If you are placed in a role, your application data is retained for the duration of your employment guarantee period (90 days) plus 12 months.
• If you are not selected for a specific role, your data is retained indefinitely to facilitate future matching with relevant opportunities across our network.
• You have the right to request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 8).

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your data at any time. We will delete your data within 30 days of your request.
• Withdrawal of consent: Withdraw your consent for data processing at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
• Portability: Request your data in a commonly used, machine-readable format.

9. Communication Preferences

• We will contact you primarily via email for application updates and new opportunities.
• Phone calls will only be used for interview scheduling and time-sensitive communications.
• You can opt out of future opportunity notifications at any time by replying to any email with "unsubscribe" or by contacting us directly.

10. Honest Communication

We commit to transparent communication throughout the recruitment process:

• If you are not selected for a role, we will inform you promptly.
• We will not keep you waiting indefinitely without updates.
• Where possible, we will provide constructive feedback on your application.

11. Data Security

Your personal data is stored securely using encrypted systems with strict access controls. Only team members directly involved in your recruitment process have access to your data.

12. Complaints

If you have concerns about how your data is being handled or about your recruitment experience, contact us at talent@aiwonderland.co. We will respond within 15 business days.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If you are an active candidate in our pipeline, we will notify you of material changes via email.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
