7. Payment Terms

For paid Services (assessments, workshops, automation projects, and consulting engagements):

• Payment is required in full prior to the commencement of any engagement unless otherwise specified in a signed Statement of Work.
• All prices listed on the Website are indicative and may be subject to change. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before any engagement begins.
• Payments are accepted via bank transfer, UPI, or other methods communicated during the engagement setup.
• All amounts are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

8. Refund Policy

If we are unable to commence your engagement within seven (7) working days of receiving your payment, you are entitled to a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to connect@aiwonderland.co.

Once an engagement has commenced (including but not limited to scheduling discovery calls, conducting interviews, or initiating assessment activities), no refunds will be issued for work already completed.

For workshop cancellations, a full refund is available if cancelled at least 72 hours before the scheduled date. Cancellations within 72 hours are subject to a 50% fee.

9. Disclaimers

This Website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information on this Website.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from any of our Services. AI transformation outcomes depend on multiple factors including client cooperation, team availability, data quality, and organizational readiness.
